We did it! (Along with the birds, the bees, and maybe some educated fleas...)

Our Spring Concert on May 18, 2014 was a resounding success!  We sang our songs about the Birds & Bees to a full house, accompanied by our jazz combo, the Killer Bees. Director Mary Sorenson and Pianist Stephen Evans excelled, the Chorale members sparkled, our special guests (a “baby bumblebee” and others) buzzed, and the audience “warbled along" during our signature sing along section. We also celebrated the 90th birthday of our President Emeritus Lura Osgood by performing "Reflections on the Seasons," a commissioned work set to Lura's poetry.  Stay tuned for more detailed reports, but it’s safe to say we were “Songbirds" who floated “On Wings of Song,” and the audience came and flew with us… Tweet, tweet!
