February is known for saluting our presidents and honoring the ones we love. Although Americans don’t have their own “royalty,” they are fascinated by it and have their own versions in music with the King of Pop and the King of Rock n Roll and in films with movie queens and princesses.
To celebrate this red white, and blue sentiment, the Diablo Women’s Chorale will sing a selection of love and Royal tunes at its spring concert, Saturday, May 14, 2016, at 2 p.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 399 Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek.
